A fun, classic, all-uphill race up Sourdough Canyon. Bring your classic skis.

WHEN?

Saturday, January 3

9 a.m. Start

THE COURSE

3.5 KM Climb: Start at the 1-mile marker on the groomed trail up Bozeman Creek/Sourdough. Finish at the outhouse.

6.5 KM Climb: Start at the 1-mile marker on the groomed trail up Bozeman Creek/Sourdough. Finish at the bridge.

Then enjoy a relaxed downhill ski back to the trailhead. Please keep it slow and controlled around other skiers on the descent! We'll have snacks and hot drinks for racers at the trailhead!

PARKING

Skiers should park at the water treatment plant, 7024 Sourdough Canyon Road, and take the BSF van shuttle to the trailhead--about 1/2 a mile. Shuttles will begin at 7:45 a.m. This is part of our permit requirement, and it will alleviate parking issues at the trailhead.
