SIGN UPOctober 1 - 29 : Preferred window for registering your consignment items online. $1 per item. (After this, it increases to $3 per item, and you still must register items online.)
November 1: 10 am - 7 pm: Consignment Dropoff (a.k.a. ski drop-off). (Computers will be available to register any late items; expect a line for this.) Bring cash to pay your consignment item fees.
November 2: 10 am - 6 pm: Sale! Come buy skis, boards, boots, outdoor clothing, and more.
November 3: 10 am - 2 pm: Sale!
2 pm - 5 pm: Unsold Item Pick-up.
Admission: $5 on Saturday. $2 on Sunday. (Children 12 & under are free.) Free admission after noon on Sunday!
Consignment fee: $1 per item through October 31at 5pm, and $3 per item after that. All items must be registered online.
All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. BSF is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

PRIZE: Free early entry to the Bridger Ski Foundation Ski Swap for each winner and their immediate family, starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov 2, 2024. And a $50 voucher to spend at the Ski Swap.
TO ENTER: Fill out the entry form. Entries accepted through Tuesday, October 29, 2024. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
All consigned items must be registered online.
Oct 2 - 29 Preferred window: Enter your items online before Tuesday, October 2 at 11 pm. $1 fee per item. BSF will have your pre-printed tags ready for you at check-in on Friday, Nov
After 11pm on Oct 29, price increases to $3 per item. You will pay all item fees at dropoff; cash only.
The new online system: Register as a seller. Add your items. (Check "discount" if you'd like an item discounted by 50% on day 2 of the sale.) No need to print any tags; we'll print them for you.
*Computers will be available at dropoff on November 1 for any late registrations, but expect a wait. We urge you to go online before then!
We only accept consignment items 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1.
Registered items: just pick up your pre-printed tags at check in and drop off your gear. Bring cash to pay for the item fees. ($1 per item if registered by Oct 29)
Any items not pre-registered: You will need to use an on-site computer or your phone to register and get your tags printed. $3 fee per item.
You do NOT need to be a BSF member to consign items in the swap.
p.s. Friday consignment is busy from 10-11:30 and 3:30-5; please come at less busy times.
If an item sells, a 20% consignment fee goes to Bridger Ski Foundation. You will receive a check in the mail for the rest. (It typically takes a few weeks to finish processing all payments; it's a big job!)

You can log in to your account and check to see if your items sold. You must pick up your unsold items between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Fairgrounds. Any items left unclaimed by 5pm on Sunday, November 3, 2024 are permanently retained by Bridger Ski Foundation and may be donated to local nonprofits in need or kept for resale next year. Big Sky Youth Empowerment will have the first opportunity to receive these donations, at 5pm on Sunday.
To check if your items have sold, go to your consignment account, click on event management and then settlement report.
We will also post a list of unsold items on this web page on Saturday evening and again on Sunday around noon.
*Clean up your items. They will sell better.
*Note the size, color, and brand.
*Know what price to list your items at.
*Take your time filling out item descriptions/details as you enter them into the system.
*Take advantage of the option to discount the item's price on the second day of the sale. This discount is a flat 50% discount.
*Give yourself plenty of time to get through drop off. (And thank our amazing volunteers who make this happen.)
BSF Members & BSF Trail Members may sign up to volunteer at the Ski Swap. Volunteers must have a current 2024-25 BSF membership or 2024-25 Trails Membership. Volunteers will be allowed to shop the Ski Swap two hours before the general public. NOTE: BSF memberships & passes will be verified for all volunteers. Please save us the hassle of chasing you down, and be sure that you've already renewed membership or purchased a trail membership for the 2024-25 season.
