Finn O'Connell Norway Training camp PT 2

Finn O'Connell writes about the second part of his training camp with the US Ski Team. He was on the West coast of Norway for some roller ski training and ending the training camp with the Toppidretsveka roller ski races! It consisted of a 54k classic race, a classic city sprint, a 15K skate race, and finally a 10k Pursuit classic race. Read all about it in his latest update.

Finn O'Connell is in Sweden and Norway for a 15 day training camp with The US Ski Team! The first week of the camp is in Torsby Sweden where the have a sport hotel and a 1.2 kilometer ski tunnel!

Fueling during training has become a huge part of nordic skiing over the past few years. Being able to fuel properly helps with recovery and allowing the body to be rested and ready to go train again.
